1. The service
ARAH Studio helps you create carousel videos and photo posts and schedule them to TikTok accounts you are authorized to manage, using the official TikTok APIs. By using ARAH Studio you agree to these terms.
2. Your responsibilities
- You must have the right to use all images, audio and text you upload or post, including music rights.
- You must comply with TikTok's Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, Branded Content Policy and Music Usage Confirmation, and disclose commercial or AI-generated content where required.
- You are responsible for the content you approve for posting and for keeping access to your device secure.
- You must not use ARAH Studio for spam, impersonation, misleading content, or to circumvent TikTok limits.
3. TikTok
ARAH Studio is not affiliated with or endorsed by TikTok. TikTok may limit, delay or reject posts, change its APIs, or restrict accounts. Posting limits set by TikTok apply. ARAH Studio cannot delete or edit published TikTok posts; do that in the TikTok app.
4. Availability and changes
The service is provided "as is" without warranties. Scheduled posts depend on your computer and network being available. We may change or discontinue features and will update these terms with a new effective date.
5. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Abdullah Ahmad is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits, or account restrictions resulting from use of the service or from actions taken by TikTok.
6. Termination
You may stop using ARAH Studio and disconnect your TikTok accounts at any time. We may suspend access for misuse.
7. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Contact: dnrokhim3@gmail.com.
